Shipping + Exchanges

Most in–stock items ship within 2-3 business days of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Occasionally, items may be out–of–stock or backordered. If so, item is marked as "backordered" in this section. In the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Usually they take 2-3 weeks to be shipped out if the item is backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within 3 days of placing your order.

  • Orders are shipped pending availability of the items. 
  • For items in stock, orders ship from Bend, Oregon within 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. 
  • If the item is marked as OUT OF STOCK please allow a 3-4 week shipping window. Our items are handmade in Turkey, so if this is an urgent matter please contact us and we will try to expedite fulfillment.
  • Orders within the U.S. ship via First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail
  • We suggest choosing shipping via USPS Priority for international orders. We are not responsible for any duties/and or import taxes if applicable. First Class is available and less expensive, it takes longer to deliver and tracking is not available. 
  • If shipments are returned to us due to a non-deliverable address / if customer was not there to receive it, buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • For all other situations, we will do our best to help you and evaluate your situation on a case to case basis.


  • If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you a return, exchange or store credit.
  • Please note that purchases made with any discount code will not be eligible for returns, only exchanges + store credit. 
  • Please note that we are currently unable to cover shipping expenses for returns or exchanges back to us for international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Free shipping for Domestic orders are applicable for a single return or exchange. If you need to exchange it a second time, we are unable to cover shipping expenses at this time. 
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon its arrival to you, according to the tracking number we provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this time period. 
  • For sanitary reasons items sent in for a return or exchange it must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive your items, we can do any of the following (whatever you prefer!): 
        - Refund your money for the cost of the jewelry (We currently cannot offer returns for shipping expenses).
       - Exchange it for any item of equal value. If greater value, we will ship it to you once we receive the monetary difference
        - Send you an email with store credit 
  • Store credit can be used to purchase any of our items through our website once the return is processed. It never expires. 

  • All items bought on sale or as part of any sale are final, unless they have a defect. 


    Because we love happy customers, we always make it our best effort to design, manufacture and deliver great quality pieces. However, we are aware that sometimes mistakes are made. 

  • If the product has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of the product
  • Please return item in its original packaging
  • We will replace it at no cost.
